There is a particular beauty in complexity of Jellyfish flock which Cnidaria Magnus Light is a conceptually based on. The composition is made out of 4 main elements with main idea to explore the intricacy and relation between exterior smooth body and complex interior organs. The object’s complexity evolves from relatively simple and symmetrical configuration of multiple elements that are joined closely together to form a large chandelier.
The exterior shell consists out of 4 trimmed spheres with diameter of 430 mm and are positioned around two mirrored tetrahedrons. The angles of tetrahedrons and their extension lines are giving directions for inner tubes. The position of the light bulb is corresponding with the funnel area of each sphere. This funnel is also a center point for blowing pipe, allowing symmetrical distribution of the pattern in optical mould as well as the connection with inner tubes.
